 I have not completed my business web page development design task, but when this is done I may need some assistance in learning more about how to get it set up on your hosting to accept orders via e-commerce.

5. It would be helpful to reach a live operator instead of an answering machine but I have NO complaints about the service or tech support. Support has been prompt in returning calls & have been immediately helpful with any problems.
This is a far cry from a number of past ISP's.

Outstanding.  I am vary pleased with my PCstar Communications service.  I have used many providers over the past few years, and I am happy to say that PCstar Communications beat them all with flying colors.  In the past, I was becoming more and more aggravated with the lack of good connectivity out there.  As a regular online gamer, a reliable connection is vary important to me as well as good ping time.  With other providers, I was constantly getting disconnected and experiencing a lot of lag.  I was beginning to become discouraged, and thought that maybe there wasn't a solution to this problem as I am out of area for DSL.  But, I kept trying different providers, and finally found you guys.  You have the best price, best service,  I am impressed with your service, and plan to stay with you as long as I am within your coverage.  I have even referred you to some friends, and believe that they will be signing up with you shortly.  Congratulations, you have another satisfied customer.

29. I love it! The great support team you have assisted me in get my E-mail set-up and taught me a trick of using Outlook Express 5 to check mail every so often to prevent getting an idle warning every twenty minutes.      Thanks and keep up the good work!

I had a few problems setting up the new ISDN 128k connect with you but the service people were very professional and was very responsive in a timely mannered. The problems were corrected and now I am on line most every day with no problems and best of all 99.5 per cent free of junk mail. Thanks for the great service and keep up the good work.

45. I love it when a real live person answers the phone. Long story short.....Friends daughter set him up with a "JUNO" account but couldn't get him on line. Friend called me to help. Took six hours to complete process. Most of the time on phone getting to the right place and waiting to talk to a live person. After about seven calls we were told no more freebies, next call he would be charged $1.95 a minute for help. "JUNO" SUCKS! Friend is very close to becoming a "PCstar Communications" customer. KEEP UP YOUR GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, I LOVE IT!   PS. Hurry up with the satellite and wireless service.
